Hi!

I’m Isabella, a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC) & Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity (Dip NCfED).

Knowing what to eat can feel like a minefield. Everyone seems to be an “expert” in nutrition from the press to that well meaning colleague who just told you about some “amazing new diet” they’re on. These messages leave you feeling confused, frustrated and you might experience a sense of guilt and shame about your food choices.

It’s time to take back control!

We do not need our diet to be full of rules and restriction to live plentiful and vibrant lives. We need knowledge, we need to feel confident in our choices and understand the reasons behind them, we need to nourish ourselves in a generous way and most of all, we need to learn how to take care of ourselves through food.

Why not take the first step towards healing your relationship with your food, body and mind today by getting in touch to see how I can help.

Let’s talk!

What I offer

If you have recently been diagnosed or previously received unhelpful nutrition support you may be feeling extremely lost and confused. I am here to help! I am nutritionally trained to coach you through your recovery and cannot wait to start this journey with you.

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy is best suited for those who are looking to heal their relationship with food. Perhaps you are feeling lost and unsure of what latest nutrition “advice” to believe, maybe you are stuck in an unhealthy and unhelpful restrict-binge cycle, or are you constantly starting a new diet and feeling unsure about food choices? You may not have received a formal eating disorder diagnosis, but that doesn’t mean that you don’t deserve help!

Help For Parents / Carers

Having a child or loved one with an eating disorder can feel overwhelming and scary. It can be a minefield, not knowing if what you are saying or doing is helping or causing more harm. Over a course of six weeks, we will work together to look at your own relationship with food and change the way in which you view health and nutrition. Let’s help foster a healthful, and enjoyable relationship with food for the next generation.
